Return Policy

We cannot offer refunds at this time. We do however, offer a Peaks & Geeks credit for all events canceled 7 days in advance of the class or hike you purchased.

Cancellation Policy

Peaks and Geeks, LLC reserves the right to cancel any program due to unsafe conditions up until the start of (or during) scheduled program. Peaks and Geeks, LLC will notify all participants and coordinate, issuing a credit for any other program of their choosing. Cancelled classes and programs will be rescheduled at the discretion of Peaks and Geeks, LLC.

Peaks and Geeks, LLC is a badass outdoor company and we operate hikes and classes, rain or shine. We don’t F with lightning though.

Peaks and Geeks, LLC CANNOT be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or cancellations.

Flexibility Policy

Peaks and Geeks, LLC reserves the right to modify trip itineraries at our discretion as necessary due to weather conditions, illness, injury, group dynamics, or other unforeseen incidents.

Participant Safety Disclaimer

Peaks and Geeks, LLC reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a participant should such person’s behavior, health, fitness, or mental condition impede the operation of the program.

Bad Vibes Policy

Peaks and Geeks, LLC reserves the right not to put up with anyone’s bad vibes. We advocate for inclusivity, responsible use of the environment and general good times. We will not tolerate any form of discrimination and unkindness or just bad vibes.
