Enjoy a sunset hike to an abandoned cabin and then up the Arabia rock. Look at the stars while making new friends in time to hopefully not lose them on a slow and steady hike down in the dark. Then get to know your fellow outdoors enthusiasts around a campfire with s’mores. Is this the city? Or are we in nature, enjoying time with strangers! Arabia makes it all possible!

Dates:

This is a 3.5 mile mild hike with roughly 230 ft elevation gain. Please be prepared to walk at an inclusive pace. 

Time: Between 5PM - 6PM depending on Sunset (We will send an exact time one week prior to the hike with details regarding time, meetup information, weather & more). The hike and then s’mores usually takes roughly 3 hours.

Gear & What to Bring  

PEAKS & GEEKS PROVIDED GEAR

  • Trekking Poles

  • Headlamp

  • First Aid Kit

  • S’mores Stuff

  • Sunny Dispositions (dependent) 

REQUIRED GEAR 

  • Closed Toed Shoes (fashion<function)

  • Personal prescription medication, including epinephrine auto-injectors for anaphylactic allergies  

  • Rain jacket/poncho

SUGGESTED GEAR

  • A warm layer (it can get surprisingly windy and cool on the rock)

  • Snacks

  • Bug Spray

  • Sunscreen

  • Good Vibes
